We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient, as it was right near the underground and allowed us a quick and easy way to see different parts of the city during the day. We woke up each morning to a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi in our rooms, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and were able to arrange an airport shuttle for us.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, it was the perfect place to stay during our visit.

The room looked lovely and stylish, with a nice amount of space and a comfortable feel. The close proximity to Hyde Park was great. The staff at reception were very helpful and even carried my heavy bags up to the third floor. The location was perfect for my purpose of taking the train to Heathrow airport. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby, and Paddington station was just a 5-minute walk away.

The breakfast options were quite limited and did not offer traditional English foods, such as bacon and eggs.

The location of Ashley was fantastic, with Paddington Train Station and many convenience stores, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I also found the beds to be really comfortable during my stay. The hotel seemed clean, and the staff were generally courteous and attentive to my needs. Although there were some minor inconveniences, overall I'll recommend this hotel.
